சில நூல்களைப் பற்றிய விலாவாரியான விமரிசனங்களைக் காணலாம்.
ஆனால் தமிழ் புத்தகங்களைப் பற்றி ஏதும் அறிந்துகொள்ளமுடிவதில்லை.
"புதுத்தகம்" போன்ற நூல்விமரிசனப்பகுதிகளில் சம்பந்தப்பட்ட நூல்களைப்
பற்றித்தான் ஏதும் எழுதியிருப்பார்களேயொழிய எந்த நூல் அதிகம் விற்கிறது
என்ற விபரமெல்லாம் காணக்கிடைப்பதில்லை.
இதுபோன்ற தகவல்கள் பெரிதும்பயனுள்ளவையாகத்தானிருக்கும்.

சிங்கை பழனிக்கு உவப்பான விஷயம் இது:
மலேசியாவில் எப்போதுமே அதிகமாக தொடர்ந்து விற்பனையாகிக்
கொண்டிருப்பவை "Collections of Singapore Ghost Stories".
இவை இதுவரை பத்து பகுதிகளுக்குமேல்வெளிவந்துவிட்டன. Editions
திரும்பத் திரும்ப வந்துவிட்டன.
