Dear Dr.Jaybee
Thanks for your reply.I will surely take your help.
The whole point arised when I started doing my project
for Ministry of Culture, India. I am granted the
Junior fellowship for next two years to carry on a
research on "Enabling Tamil On the Net".
Writing and Editing being my area of interest, I chose
this subject for my research. It is a big project
(atleast for me), and while I was searching for the
details of history of Tamil Internet, I found a big
void.
In one of the Forum Hub discussions, Dr
Kalyanasundaram had voiced the need for authentic
history of Tamil Internet, but I could not trace what
has happened further.
Eventhough, we may lack details, I feel that we must
record some basic details in sequence about Tamil
Internet.
This would help people in many ways.
regards
