Dear Friends,

Sometimes we are confused between similar words
which have totally different meanings. We use the wrong
word. Such a practice is called 'Malapropism'.
What is the cause of malapropism?
Some words play a trick upon the mind.
Barbara McNichol and Lynn Grasberg have coined
a name for such words which cause confusion.
They call them 'Word-trippers'.
Please go to this URL -

http://www.barbaramcnichol.com/wordtrippers.htm

There is a list of similar sounding and similarly
'shaped' words.
Useful for people who want a better command of writing.

Regards

JayBee
