தமிழ்நாடு நெடுஞ்சாலை கொலைக்களமே! ஒவ்வொருமுறை இந்தியா வரும்போது
இப்படி ஏதாவது. ஒருமுறை, மகராஜபுரம், அடுத்தமுறை பண்டரிபாய் (தப்பி
விட்டார், உடல் ஊனத்துடன், இருந்தாலும்), ஒருமுறை, தன் தாயின் ஈமக்
கிரிகைக்கு அமெரிகாவிலிருந்து வந்த என் நண்பனை கட்டபொம்மன் கொன்று
விட்டான். சென்றமுறை சென்னையில் காருக்குள்ளிலிருந்து நான் பயந்து
கத்தியதைக் கண்டு வீட்டார் சிரித்தனர். இந்தியப் பயணம் என்பது 'மரணத்துள்
வாழ்வோம்' என்பதுதான்.
இங்கு விபத்து என்பது இல்லாமல் இல்லை. ஒரு பெரும் விபத்திலிருந்து தப்பி
வந்து எழுதிக் கொண்டிருக்கிறேன். இருந்தாலும், இங்கு சாலை விபத்துக்களை
கவனமாக ஓட்டினால் தவிர்க்கலாம். நான் பார்த்தவரை சிங்கை, ரொம்ப நிதானம்.
டென்மார்க்கில் ஒரு சாலையோர வசனம்: "டென்மார்க் மிகச் சின்ன நாடு, எனவே
ஒவ்வொரு குடிமகனும் விலை மதிப்பற்றவர். சாலையில் கவனமாக ஓட்டுங்கள்.
சாலை விதிகளை மதியுங்கள்" என்று. இந்தியாவில் எதற்கு மதிப்பு இருக்கிறது?
உயிரை மதிக்க??
