<BR>1. install a anti-virus s/w on your computer

<BR>2. do not open suspicious attachments and especially do not open
<BR>attachments from names/email ids not known to you

<BR>3. if you already know from the name and extension of the
<BR>attachment file name, that it is a virus, please delete the email
<BR>directly. do not attempt to read the email.

<BR>Importantly, please delete the email from the "deleted folder"
<BR>also, right away.
