Download Murasu Anjal 2000 which is absolutely free.
Install it and see that it is opened and minimised.
You have to select a TSCI font and Anjal encoding which are the components
there, to write emails in Tamil.
In your email client also you have to select this font. Remember the key
F12 toggles between English and Tamil in Murasu Anjal package.
