Subject: [tamil] Papers presented at the Tamil Internet 2001 conference
Bangalore Mani - can you coalesce this with the other resources we have
for Tamildom Outside and generate the latest essence? The essence
would:-
a) pin down what we have (meaning what is available out there)
b) what are we doing with it in view of the Tamildom destination
c) what is missing
d) what do we need to ask of each of the component providors. How does
their component fit it into the whole.
Make a go at it, and Bose, Siva and I with you can do the finishing
touches. Now, *this* coalescence is rocket science. It requires a
combination of sound cognition, synthesis, analysis, imagination,
language and reasoning acumen against a backdrop of clinical
(detached/dispassionate) hope. No competition - the world is very short
of this acumen and can use every ounce it can get.
This bilingual webpage (Tamil-English) is based on TAB-encoding !
