Anbulla Thamil Innaiya Nanbargale,
Re: below. Since 1995, the Thamil Innaiyam server has been integral in
connecting the minds that form Thamil Innaiyam. From tamil@..., the
community, to webmasters@... through which we brought and ironed Tamil
computing egos (or at least exposed them to what egos are), to
http://www.tamil.net/tscii that has enabled tens of thousands to experiment
and use Tamil ASCII, to the many content or relationship building locales
like http://www.tamil.net/lists and http://www.tamil.net/people and
http://www.tamil.net/projectmadurai
that as a deliberate byproduct had Tamils to use ASCII.
We have moved strategically by learning and inventing upon world best
practise in community formation, off and online.
It is this community coalescence that provided the core for the organisation
of Thamil Innaiyam conferences. It is a solid beach-head that we can expand.
And we have solved the obstacles that stood in the way of Tamil Open Source
growth -- insufficient self-confidence that reduces volunteerism -- too.
How? Erumbugal and networked cooperatives - folks get paid for working for
Tamildom.
Please come be a part of Tamil history-making by providing your 4R
(responsibility, responsiveness, reliability and resourcefulness) strengths
in taking co-charge of the Thamil Innaiyam server. Join us in uncovering and
reviving the underlying ingredients that made the Sangam ages so successful.
