I believe that this page was not uploaded completely.

I wasn't able to view on Netscape 4.78. Then I validated the HTML
source from
http://www.anybrowser.com/validateit.html
to know that
line 0: no closing seen for on line 3.
line 0: no closing seen for on line 13.
line 0: no closing seen for
on line 15.
line 0: no closing seen for on line 19.
line 0: no closing seen for on line 33.
line 0: no closing seen for on line 111.
are some of the errors in this page.

But surprisingly my Opera 6.0 could display this page on W2K. I am
also puzzled to know that N'scape 6.x, Mozilla and Konquerer can
display this page.
