The word bezAr in Urdu seems to be of Persian origin. I tried my
favorite online dictionary:

The meaning given is bezAr = weary, disgusted, fed up. It is quite a
commonly used Urdu word and occurs in many Hindi film songs. But you
may still be right of course regarding ultimate origin.
