First and foremost I extend my deepest apologies to
Mani Swaminathan.
He has not hacked into the system.

I do not yet understand how it happened.
But I am satisfied that he did not break into it.

There have been two previous episodes of hacking into
Agathiyar.

1. Somebody broke in and put up links to porno sites.
Bangalore Subramaniam(Suman) corrected the problem.

2. The second time happened two years ago. Somebody
with a nick-name broke into Agathiyar and made himself a
moderator. I check up routinely at least once in two days.
So I was able to find out and delete the name.

These two incidents were uppermost in my mind when
I saw Mani's letter coming directly to Agathiyar.

I have done a great mistake.
I should have asked Mani Swaminathan about how and
what happened. Only after that, I should have written to Agathiyar.
But it was a panicky situation - even for JayBee. I am
not computer literate. So these things can unbalance me easily.

But whatsoever excuse that I may put forth, the mistake
has been done and I have wronged Mani Swaminathan.

The mistake is greater in dimension, when a man who
is looked up on by others, commits it. In my case, this has
cast a slur on my Thavam.

So I apologise humbly to him for this thoughtless wrong
that I have committed early in the morning.
I will atone correspondingly for that act.
