You mean Sydney2000.Net in 1995/6 -- see http://www.apic.net/news.phtml

I made tons of money and spent all of it and more on raising up Thamil
Innaiyam (including the non-technology notion "Internet" in the Tamil world)
from ultra-negative ground. "Innaiyam" comes from "Innaiykum" + "Maiyam".
The English world had confident mindsets, ASCII and a large digitised pool
as bases. We had nuts and lots of insecure egos that were not used to
cosmopolitan confident folks like me. That cost lots of money to bridge and
continues to do so. But we will prevail, because I am determined to take
Tamil into "porulaathara Tamildom".

If you are passionate about *group doing* and have figured out what your
hot-buttons are, you are most welcome to declare your hot buttons and join
the Thamil Innaiya Erumbugal wagon in doing so. You will get paid in
convertible Tamil dollars. Click on http://groups.yahoo.com/group/erumbugal
