Anbulla Java Kumar,

With all due respects, I am afraid that today, "crying from the rooftop" is
not going to achieve your objective, anywhere as much as a coordinated,
concerted action plan that starts off with you:-

(a) raising its priority level to become one of *your* highest priorities
(relooking at your time management if necessary)
(b) identifying others who share the same priority
(c) estimating the resources required to do it, before you, unintentionally,
lose interest in it, because of other priorities that arise over time
(d) setting your mind to committedly *do* at least one antbit (like dustbit)
of the process per day

How about you and Vivek, over email, doing above over several interactions?
Then, I will have it put up as an "ant-bites for taking" in our Thamil
Innaiya Erumbugal "Outstanding Ant-Bites" board.

And you would have greater likelihood of it getting higher priority amongst
the other Erumbugal if you in exchange provide relationships and wisdom
resources, that are a "piece of cake" to you, to them for their pet areas.
In the process you also build more relationships that would be of use down
the road.

[Note for Vivek: I forwarded your excellent expose to several Thamil
Innaiyam offshoot think tanks, including Agathiyar, and this in response to
Java Kumar's strong agreement with your "breaking the stalemate" blueprint
message]
