4. tamil s/w used - murasu anjal or eklappai
please clearly state these info while seeking help.
this will make things easy.
do we know u use murasu anjal ? NO.
do we know u use ekalappai ? NO.
are we to assume something ?
why is it difficult to write these basic info ?
u know, without these basic stuff, it sounds
a bit silly to write a vague mail saying
i am unable to read and i need help.
this is plain commonsense to write a little bit
about what s/w one uses (either outlook or outlook express
or eudora or netscape or murasu anjal or ekalappai )
before one asks for help.
is this too much to ask for ?
this is so clearly lacking in the minds of tamilians.
the more number of times this is emphasised,
hopefully, people will write emails asking for help
in a better way with more details.
