The Tamil psyche is omnifurcated into tens of pieces through all the hurt
and denial of history. Hurt (real or imagined) caused by the caste system,
the Brahmins, the centralists, Eelam vs pro-Delhi Tamils -- the list goes
on.
This continues to fester and whirlpool the progress of Tamildom. It feeds
petty squabbles that distracts attention to highest ranking priorities.
The best fresh example of making amends for deep hurt, I have seen recently,
is the Bishop Tutu-led Truth & Reconciliation Commission in South Africa.
As the Tamil-South African contribution to Tamildom, can we have you to
interact with all of us, in arriving at a consensus on how we can use this
process methodology to heal Tamildom? In exchange, you will build great
connections with Tamils elsewhere, who can provide you what you need for
furthering Tamildom in South Africa and for ongoing cooperation/business
opportunities.
Let's work together to put together the relationships and media material, to
enable us to produce a TV program on it. That is, we will enact a "test"
Truth & Reconciliation Commission for broadcast, to show its power of such a
Commission to Tamils worldwide, with the view to having it happen in real
life.
