It is a good article. The main problem with English imperialism is
that many cultures would learn to interpret or rather misinterpret
about their own past by articles written in English meant for a
different audience.
A good example is Tamilnadu. The use of English and western analysis
to understand their own history and culture has been a disaster for
Tamils. If Tamils stick to Tamil or even sanskrit sources to
understand about themselves and their culture, they are on the safe
side. If they rely on English written articles and books , they will
only make a mess.
