The membership composition varies from list to list.
Its because of the nature of the lists themselves. A certain
percentage would be found overlapping.
Some people have the habit of passing copies to
every list around. They don't ascertain the relevance. That
sort of habit should be abhored and not encouraged. For
discouraging such attitude, I have received flaks myself.
Announcements, virus information, etc., are different.
